The Speaker of the Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze has extended warm congratulations to Mr. Mark Okoye on his appointment as the Managing Director/CEO of the Southeast Development Commission by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
