2023 Polls: Akpua Urges Electorates To Vote Anambra Assembly APGA Candidates

“The All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) is the identity of Ndi-Anambra and Anambra is APGA. There are a lot to gain voting the ruling party in the state as against an opposition party” These were the words of House of Assembly candidate for Njikoka 2 Constituency, Dr Jude Akpua recently.

In an interview with newsmen in Awka recently, Dr Akpua called for massive votes for APGA during Saturday’s March 18th election in the state.

Dr. Akpua said victory for the party in the 30 house of assembly seats would secure peace, stability and prosperity for the state. He maintained that APGA represented the identity of Anambra and the Igbo nation, and should therefore be preserved by the people.

“We all can attest to the developmental strides of the party under His Excellency, Gov. Chukwuma Soludo. If you go to Abagana, you will see the ongoing road project he is doing there, among other projects across the state.

Our people should therefore believe in APGA and vote massively for the party,” he said.

Akpua noted that an APGA-dominated Assembly in the state would enable a Soludo-led APGA government focus on programs that would benefit the people of Njikoka II Constituency.

ANN reports that Dr Jude Akpua, formerly represented Njikoka as a Counselor, said his candidacy was second to none owing to his reputation, pedigree and academic achievement.

“I am the best candidate because I’m an experienced technocrat and manager who read Management Science from first degree to PhD level,” he disclosed.

He promised to support and enact laws that would improve on the lives and livelihood of the people in the Constituency, if elected.

The APGA chieftain also promised to support the people of the area in areas of education, security, health and empowerment programs.

While expressing confidence that the party would clinch majority of the state Assembly seats on Saturday, he however urged eligible voters in the area to turn out en mass to cast their votes and remain behind to defend their votes.
