Hon. Ebuka Chibueze has emerge as the Youth leader of Oba Community in Idemili South local government area of Anambra state.
In his acceptance speech, Chibueze expressed gratitude to God for the success of the election, thanking the youths of Oba for the confidence and believe reposed on him, promising not to disappoint them. He called on all youths and ndi Oba to join hands and contribute their quota in moving the community forward.
Hon. Chimezie in an interview thanked the government of Anambra state and the whole observers for supervising the election stating that It is an indication that Oba is under the watch of the state government.
“Am greatful and very happy to emerge as the youth leader. The election was peaceful and orderly. Am greatful to God for giving me this wonderful opportunity because alot of people had intreast for this position but i emerged the winner’.
President General of Oba community Sir Ubadi Osita Ifedili while speaking to newsmen after the election said with the elected youths the community will be more progresive. He advised them to listen to the parent body always and always act in accordance with the law.
“This is the most peaceful election ever held for the youths in the community. They all compoted themselves. The newly elected Oba youth executives are very vibrant and young.
“I believe that with Hon. Ebuka Chibueze as their leader and with the guidance of the parent body Oba Patrotic Union (OPU) it will be to the progress of the community.
“The newly elected executives should go close to government and the ministry of youths because their are soo many programes the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo has for the youths. They should always organise seminars to sensitize the youths.
