The Commissioner of Police, CP Aderemi Adeoye has described Anambra State workers as committed and dedicated people.
Adeoye while congratulating workers in the State as they celebrate May 1st (workers day), appreciated them,
especially their resolve in sustaining the message of peace and standing up against illegal sit-at-home on Mondays and any other act that threatens our national unity and public peace.
Angel Network News (ANN) reports that the CP in a release signed by SP Tochukwu Ikenga, Police Public Relations Officer, Anambra Command, urges the workers and residents alike to remain law-abiding, and vigilant and continue to partner and support the Police and other security agencies, as they synergize and collaborate towards combating all forms of criminality as well as ensure public security and safety in the state.
