NNL: Solution FC Ends Season With Victory Against Tradesafe FC

Anambra based Football Club Solution FC on Sunday defeated Tradesafe FC by two unreplied goals to ensure they will feature in the second tier of Nigeria’s most important league, the Nigeria National League (NNL) come next season.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
the Solution Boys who needed all the three points to secure their place in the NNL for the upcoming 2024-25 season started on a strong footing as Kennedy Ozobialu opened scoring in the 14th minute of the match evading two defenders off a pass from Gabriel Adeolu to slot his effort into the bottom right corner of the post beyond Tradesafe shotstopper Hassan Ismail.

Solution FC should have sealed the game in the first period as they missed plethora of goal scoring chances. On the other end Solution FC Goalkeeper, Chinedu Nwabueze had to be alert to preserve the team’s lead going into the break.

The second period was similar as the first with the Solution Boys mounting pressure upon pressure. The persistence paid off in injury time as the Centre Referee awarded a spot kick to Solution FC after Tradesafe defender Emmanuel Idowu harked down goal bound Solomon Ubong inside the box.

Christopher Biahwo stepped up and made no mistake to slot home the second for a well deserved three points at the Mobolaji Johnson Stadium Arena, Onikan, Lagos State.

Solution FC headed by Anthony Encho led technical crew made three changes to the line up that featured against Warri Wolves on match day 21 bringing in Bright Emmanuel, Godwin Lawrence and Gabriel Adeolu who leapfrogged Chuddy Onyeka, Best Albangbee and Chimezie Chukwujekwu in the starting 11.

Solution FC finished the season on the 8th position with 28 points after twenty games.

The Anambra State owned team won eight games, draw four and lost eight.
