The member representing Anambra West Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Patrick Obalum-Udoba has asked members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to actively participate in the online registration of both old and the new members.
Speaking to newsmen in his Umueze Anam country home, Hon. Obalum-Udoba noted that the exercise which the party introduced is the first of its kind in Nigeria, and will help to expand the tentacles of the party nationwide.
The Lawmaker who explained that the membership digitization will bring efficiency and effectiveness in the organisation of the party, maintained that it will equally bring about seamless intra-party activities going forward.
He commended the national chairman of the party, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa and his national working committee for their thoughtfulness in birthing the digitization initiative, even as he appreciated Governor Chukwuma Soludo for giving his nod to the initiative.
Hon. Obalum-Udoba described APGA as the only political party in Nigeria that centres its ideology on inclusive development of the country, lifting of the vulnerable and equitable distribution of resources among Nigerians.
He, therefore, called on Ndi Anambra West Constituency to actively participate in the exercise which kicks off today to ensure that they are sound and full members of APGA to enable them enjoy all the good tidings acruable to bonafide members of the party.
According to the Lawmaker, the sterling performance of Governor Soludo will be an added advantages to the party in the next gubernatorial election in Anambra, and called on well meaning citizens and residents of the state to keep supporting the Soludo administration by performing all their civic responsibilities.
