Anambra Native Doctors Accused Of Criminal Activities Arraigned

Anambra State High Court presided over by Honourable Justice Jude Obiorah, has adjourned to 11th April 2025 the cases of three Anambra native doctors namely
Onyebuchi Okocha (Onyeze Jesus), Chidozie Nwangwu, (Akwa Okuko), and Ekene Igboekweze, (Eke Hit), accused of criminal activities, including preparing Oke-ite.

Speaking to newsmen after the court proceedings, one of the Counsels for the three defendants, Remigus Okoli, said the state government came with a ploy to remand the defendants, saying that proper service and giving accused adequate time to prepare for defense are very fundamental as enshrined in the constitution and relevant laws of the state.

Okoli claimed that the law is on their side in defending the accused.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
efforts to speak with Counsels to the state government led by F C Okeke was not successful.
