Nigerian singer Gabriel Oche Amanyi, popularly known as Terry G, ignited public uproar after posting a video in which he credited his success to the “devil,” claiming he sung for him rather than for God.
In the clip that quickly went viral, the controversial artiste said: “Don’t you know I’m serving the devil? He made me successful. I have cleared your conscience. Take am like that.”
He also addressed persistent death rumours, telling fans: “My phone has been buzzing since morning. People have been calling to check up on me. They saw something online about my R.I.P., say Terry G don die… I’m doing very fine, please stop that.”
