Residents of Jesus Estate in Oba, Idemili South Local Government Area, have appealed to Governor Soludo to intervene over alleged noise pollution from nearby hospitality centres. Also, the Anambra State Government has sealed several shops at Relief Market for failing to comply with the directive to open for business on Mondays. The enforcement exercise was led by the Chairman of Ogbaru Local Government Area, Hon. In response to rising road accidents, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Anambra Sector Command carried out a joint road audit at a black spot near Agulu Lake after four crashes reportedly claimed eleven lives within one month.
