Prioritize Safty On Highways: FRSC Urges Anambra Motorists

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Anambra State Sector Command, has conducted a church outreach to the Life of Faith Gospel Assembly in Onitsha

Addressing the congregation, on the topic “Getting to your destination safely is in your hands”, Anambra Sector Commander, Corps Commander Bridget Asekhauno emphasized that human actions, not spirits, cause crashes.

Asekhauno advised parents to always secure their babies in the back seat of the car, avoid using phones while driving, and not overload vehicles. She also urged everyone to obey traffic laws and regulations and to share safety messages with the grassroots.

The FRSC boss further highlighted the importance of following road signs and markings, stating that they are meant to guide or warn road users and prevent accidents.

The Command reaffirmed its commitment to promoting road safety and encourages everyone to prioritize safety on the highways.

In his speech, the General Overseer, Bishop Dr. Emmanuel C. Obiora, commended the FRSC for the education and encouraged the congregation to obey traffic rules.

Bishop Obiora prayed for God’s protection over the Sector Commander and staff as they perform their duties, and thanked the FRSC for the valuable enlightenment.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
the outreach included distributing safety flyers and holding interactive sessions, with worshippers present.
