Representing the Director General/Chief Executive, Dr. Ifeanyi Chukwunonso Okeke, the Director of Anambra Regional Operations, Mr. Gabriel Chinedu Agafie, said standards remain essential for sustainable industrial growth and economic development.

Agafie noted that adherence to standards ensures product quality, safety, and reliability, while also strengthening consumer confidence and improving market competitiveness.

In her remarks, the State Coordinator, Anambra State Office II, Nnewi, Mrs. Blessing Okata, congratulated the beneficiaries and urged them to maintain compliance with quality standards while leveraging the certification to grow their businesses.

Some of the certified companies commended SON for its regulatory support and pledged continued adherence to standards.
