Court adjourned Kanu’s trial to February 16: Suspected sit at home enforcer, burnt down motorcycle in Anambra(Video)

Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra has pleaded not guilty to the 15 count charges proffered against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria.

Recall Mr Kanu objected to taking a plea yesterday on the basis that he had not been briefed on the fresh charges against him.

Kanu’s lead counsel, Mike Ozekhome had opposed the re-arraignment of his client stating that they were served only on Monday and had no time to brief the client.

The case was therefore adjourned till February 16 2022.

Despite relaxing the sit-at-home, some hoodlums have hijacked and tried to enforce the order in Ekwulobia Anambra State.

Angel network news correspondent reported that Suspected IPOB members attacked a motorcyclist at Eke Ekwulobia today, drag the man down and burnt down his motorcycle beyond recognition.
