In the plenary yesterday, honorable Paschal Agbodike the deputy speaker of the Anambra State house of assembly reprimanded the honorable members for not always being present at the plenary or excusing themselves without permission during the plenary.
As the plenary session of Anambra State house of assembly was almost coming to an end.
The deputy speaker honorable Paschal Agbodike calls the attention of the speaker Anambra State house of assembly honorable Uche Okafor to the obvious scantiness of the honorable members in the plenary.
He lamented that one of the duties of the honorable members as representative and legislature is to be part of the deliberations going on during the plenary session.
He opined that there won’t be any positive results to the constituents they represent and the entire Anambra State if they neglect this important duty of theirs.
He plead with the honorable members to take their duty serious.
And also he suggested that the honorable speaker can use his power as the speaker to control this negligence by the honorable members.
