A Nollywood Actress, Chinedu Bernard, was yesterday confirmed dead at a hospital in Enugu after she reportedly slumped in a church.
Famous with her role in the movie ‘Big Mama’s Stick’, Bernard was reportedly confirmed dead by doctors at the East Side Hospital in Enugu State.
She was said to have slumped while cleaning the Chapel of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church inside Federal Housing Estate in Enugu.
The actress was, however, declared dead by doctors on arriving at the hospital.
Her remains have since been deposited in the morgue.
Besides Big Mama’s Stick, the actress fondly called ‘Choco,’ also featured in movies like Money Fever, The Mad, The Last Manhood, and Mad Love, among others.
