The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze has described Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo as a virtuous woman whose passion, tenderness and charity have contributed immensely towards the upliftment of the living conditions of the womenfolk and downtrodden in the State.
Felicitating the wife of Anambra State Governor Mrs. Soludo on behalf of the State Legislature as she marks her 54th birthday, Rt. Hon. Udeze through a release signed by Mr. Emma Madu, Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, expressed satisfaction that the wife of the Governor has impacted positively on the lives of the people through her pet project”Healthy Living With Nonye Soludo”.

the Speaker who extolled Mrs. Soludo for running an independent office and non governmental programmes for the well-being of ndi Anambra, commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for giving his wife the opportunity to contribute to good governance in the State without making use of government funds.
Udeze maintained that Mrs.Soludo has distinguished herself among other Governor’s wives in the country by repositioning the future and health conditions of the women and vulnerable people in the State as well as her initiative on free antenatal and child delivery for the women of the State.
Rt. Hon. Udeze while urging other women especially wives of politicians and affluent personalities to emulate Mrs.Soludo’s humility, charitable disposition and genuine service to God and humanity,Prayed God to continue to bless her and grant her longevity to enable her celebrate more eventful birthdays.
