The Anambra State Director of the Department of State Services, DSS, Mr. David Enoch, who is retiring from service to the nation after thirty years, has received a warm farewell message from colleagues and friends, who gathered to celebrate his distinguished career.
Recounting his service in the DSS which started on first April 1993, Mr. Enoch said he has contributed to the agency’s mission of safeguarding national security.
Enoch revealed that his source of success in his career was God, and advised everyone at the gathering to always pray and trust God at all times.
Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Aderemi Adeoye said he is privileged to have worked with Mr. Enoch, whom he said shared the same vision of securing the good people of Anambra State and Nigeria.
Adeoye described Mr. Enoch as a law-abiding officer who gave his all and made sacrifices for the good of the state.
On his part, the Chairman on the occasion, Mr. Charles Odunukwe extolled Mr. Enoch for his track records while in service, and expressed hope that his colleagues will continue to uphold the values and legacies he exemplified throughout his career.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Anambra Broadcasting Service, ABS, Sir Chido Obidiegwu, who praised Mr. Enoch’s remarkable contributions in service, described him as one who is dedicated and committed to his work, and prayed God to continue to protect him and his household.
