Anambra State government has outlawed sales of land in 30 estates in Awka and other towns around Anambra State.
The state ministry of lands and survey in a press release stated that that the estates which are currently selling landed properties have not been approved.
A release by the state government read: “Members of the public are hereby notified that the above estates have not been certified approved by the state government.”
The state ministry in a press release by Ejike Uzochukwu, permanent secretary, ministry of lands listed all the 30 estates where sales were outlawed.
