Anambra Youths have been urged to shun
drug abuse, cultism, alcoholism and other anti-social vices

Comrade Chika Andrew Nwosu made the call during the launching of his book titled “Exposing the dangers of drugs abuse, cultism, alcoholism and other anti-social vices.
Comrade Nwosu an accomplished author
while speaking at the event held at Chisco Institute of logistics and supply chain management, in Nnamdi Azikiwe University campus, Awka, maintained that the book will releave many from the kindgom of darkness.
” My aim and objective of writing this book is to inspire and educate the younger generation. I use my pen and voice to advocate for positive change. I’m striving to build a better society rooted in knowledge, leadership and community development”. Nwosu submitted.
In his address, the Chairman of the occasion, Chief Austin Chukwuka Ilo commended the author stating that the book will equip readers, especially young people, with the knowledge and courage to make wise decisions, resist negative influences, and embrace a path of purpose and self respect.
In his presentation, Chief Chris Amaonye-Onwuka maintained that in a world where young people are constantly faced with temptation, peer pressure, and social challenges, the need for awareness and guidance have never been more urgent.
” This book is more than just a warning, it is a wake up call. It explores the dark realities behind Cultism, substance abuse and other anti-social activities, revealing how they lure unsuspecting individuals and destroy promising futures.
“Alcoholism, drugs and Cultism are a global problem and its usage among younger people have been shown to be higher than that among older people.
Some of the participants who spoke to our Correspondent revealed that the book is timely. They admitted that alcoholism drug abuse and cultism are global problem and its usage among younger people have been shown to be higher than that among older people.
