In the opening period of their La Liga match against Girona on Saturday, Barcelona lost Ousmane Dembele to injury.
Dembele was back in the starting lineup at Estadi Montilivi but only played for 25 minutes before pulling up and requesting for a substitute.
The attacker was replaced by Pedri after appearing to have a right thigh injury.
After regaining his best form this season, Dembele has been an important player for Barcelona, so they will be hoping it’s not a major issue.
The Frenchman appeared to have put his injury issues behind him as well, starting every game this season and making 28 appearances in all competitions.
