These past few days have been very dramatic in the big brother house as some of the housemates got blown off by some unexpected tasks from the show handler, Bigbrother, the unseen voice on the show.
However, the show started with an introduction of two ’wild cards’ among the housemates, whose identities were to remain hidden, until after the task where the housemates will be asked to identify who they see as a wild card among them, a concept that is entirely new on the show. The housemates were still trying to grapple with the new policy when four new housemates, Michael, Kayvee, Queen and JMK, got into the house after the show have lasted for two weeks already. This unexpected introduction of the new housemates happened shortly after three housemates, Yerins, Niyi and Beatrice, got evicted on the first eviction show of the house.
To crown the surprise on viewers and even some of the housemates, one of the wild cards, Maria, who was considered as one of the strongest contenders on the show got evicted on the fifth (5th) week of the reality show, just immediately after handing over her duty as a Head of House, a week-long reign.
The twist continued as biggie, the unseen coordinator of the show, started giving some housemates some tasks that really affected their closeness and intimacy with other housemates.
Saga and Liguorose, where the first housemates to get such disturbing tasks from Biggie. Saga was tasked with starting a fight with Nini, who has been his closest housemate while Liguorose was asked to avoid Emmanuel for a whole day, who also has been her closest friend in the house since the show started.
Liguorose pulled off her task of avoiding Emmanuel for a whole day but Saga, who has been dragged on the social media for losing focus on the show because of Nini, couldn’t pull of his task as he disclosed it to Nini when she was annoyed after engaging in a heated argument with Cross the following morning.
The most recent twist on the show which has once again proved the essence of the show tag ‘shineYaEyes’, is the task issued to Nini by Biggie, where she was asked to leave the house through a secret exit door inside the house and stay away for 24 hours, which she did.
This has made Saga, who has been Nini’s shadow in the house, very worried as he was seen looking everywhere for his friend. He was also seen shedding tears quietly as Nini’s mysterious absence got to him.
Recall, that this same Saga was given a task to start a fight with the same Nini, his supposed closest friend and ally in the house but he couldn’t, only for her to carry out her own task of disappearance without even considering his emotions.
However, many viewers have taken to social media to express their disappointments on Saga’s continuous show of unworthiness to be in the house. Most persons have stated categorically that he must be voted out on Sunday, the next eviction show.
Though to some, the whole drama might be affecting his mental health, as he has been restless.
