Football Association Challenge FA Cup Defending champions, Liverpool, has been bundled out of the English FA Cup, following a 2-1 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion in their fourth-round encounter which went down at the Amex Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Harvey Elliott’s strike in the 30th minute gave Liverpool the lead albeit for a short while, as Tariq Lamptey’s effort deflected off Lewis Dunk to hand the hosts a deserved equalizer.
Kaoru Mitoma then struck late on to give Brighton a deserved victory and a place in the fifth round of the competition.

This season, Liverpool is out of the FA Cup, out of the Carabao Cup, 9th in the Premier League and to face Real Madrid next in the Champions League.
