By-Election: INEC confirms abduction of its personnel in Imo

The Independent National Electoral Commission has confirmed the outbreak violence and abduction of its personnel during the by-election in Imo.

Addressing Journalists in Owerri, the Resident Electoral commissioner Francis Ezeonu said results manufactured from those areas will not be accepted by the commission.
