Chelsea: Pochettino Hope To Work With Lukaku With New Offer

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Belgian is keen to leave Chelsea, and ideally wants to turn his loan spell at Inter Milan into a permanent deal.

However, Lukaku’s head may now be turned by the unbelievable offer from Saudi Arabia.

ANN believe the 30-year-old has been offered a £5m increase on his £11m-a-year salary at Chelsea, which would see him earn a weekly wage of £307,692 at Al-Hilal.

Lukaku met officials from Al-Hilal in Paris on Monday to discuss the move, although he would prefer Inter Milan as he aims to continue playing in a top European league.

Chelsea are unlikely to resist as the Blues aim to make significant sales this summer, although Simon Phillips did claim that Mauricio Pochettino was hoping to work with the Belgium international at Stamford Bridge.

Lukaku not the only Chelsea star who could leave for Saudi Arabia

By the sounds of it, Saudi Arabian clubs are taking a strong interest in many at Stamford Bridge.

N’Golo Kante is expected to seal a move to Al-Ittihad in the next 24 hours after accepting a €100m (£86m) contract offer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
