Nigerian singer and songwriter David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has launched a new course, the ‘Faculty of Music and Arts,’ at the International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda.
Additionally, a hall named ‘Davido Hall’ has been dedicated to him at the university. This announcement has been widely shared on social media by his well-wishers.

During the ceremony, Davido also inaugurated the new course at the university, cutting the ribbon attached to the board bearing the name “Faculty of Music and Arts.”
