Logistics manager of Davido, Israel Afeare, better known as Israel DMW, has lamented after spending N25,000 on a plate of eba with three pieces of meat.
Eba also known as Pinon (in Togo, Benin, and southern Ghana) is a staple swallow from Nigeria, also eaten in the West African sub-region and other African countries.
Israel had stormed London ahead of Davido’s performance in the UK.
In a post via his Instagram story, Israel shared a clip of the plate of eba with Ogbono soup, which contained only three meats in a UK restaurant.
According to him, he spent N25,000 for the meal he could get for N3,000 in Nigeria.
“25k for eba and ogbono soup of 3 meats? Wetin no reach 3k for Nigeria ooh. Hmmm,” he captioned the post.
Davido’s London show comes after the release of his album, ‘Timeless’.
