Sector Commander FRSC, Anambra State Command Corps Commander, Adeoye A Irelewuyi has said that “Operation show your drivers license” will commence from 4th April, 2023.
The Sector Commander made this statement when he was paid a courtesy call by the newly appointed State Comptroller of Immigration Anambra State, CIS Edirin Endurance Okoto.
“Every driver is expected to be in possession of their permanent or temporary driver’s license as photocopies or written notes will not be acceptable. Stressing that drivers yet to collect their license should go to Board of Internal Revenue to get it. Drivers with expired drivers license should also renew it”, Irelewuyi stated
ANN gathered that the State Comptroller of Immigration relays his visit to FRSC as a result of his new appointment as the State Comptroller of Immigration Anambra State. He pledged assistance to FRSC in cases where his help is needed. He also said he is looking forward to collaborate and work with FRSC in synergy.
The Sector Commander Corps Commander Adeoye A Irelewuyi pledged to maintain the good synergy with the Anambra State Immigration Services. He briefed him on FRSC statutory duties and responsibilities urging him to advise his men to adhere to safety rules and regulations on the road.
