According to singer Harrysong, music artists that employ phoney streaming numbers will only suffer financially.
In a recent interview with The Nation, Harrysong made this claim in response to a question about the absurd streaming figures put up by artists.
The artist’s numbers will undoubtedly increase thanks to phoney streaming, and they may even break records, but there will be no financial gain, he observed.
“You won’t make money from it if you are fake streaming. You will get the hype and the number would be high but you will be broke because you have to pay people to do that so be real and be cool and learn to just grow,” said Harrysong.
Furthermore, the songwriter also revealed he may consider venturing into filmmaking someday.
