Idemili South APGA Executive Inaugurated, Takes Oath Of Office

The executive committee of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in Idemili South Local Government has been inaugurated at the secretariat in Ojoto.

Also, the executives committees and contact and mobilization committees of the party in the twelve wards of the local government area have also been  inaugurated. 

The new executive members took an oath of office and of allegiance to the party, the state and Federal Republic of Nigeria.

ANN reports that  Chairman of the council, Mrs Amaka Obi, members of the local government council, members of the Anambra State State Working Committee of the party and other stakeholders of the party in the local government area were in attendance. 

Speaking before inaugurating the executive members, the Anambra State Chairman of APGA, Chief Ifeatu Obi-Okoye said that the huge task of reviving the party to become better and stronger is a collective responsibility and charged the leaders of the party at the local government and ward levels with sincere and transparent leadership.

Chief Obi-Okoye represented by the his Vice Chair in-charge of Anambra Central, Chief Nduka Okoye promised that the state chapter of the party will also assist them to deliver effectively so as to attract more people to join the party ahead of future engagements.

The Transition Committee Chairman of Idemili South Local Government Area, Mrs Obi in her remark emphasized that Idemili South has been an APGA stronghold and promised to always partner the party leadership to ensure everyone is given equal opportunity and sense of belonging.

The APGA State Deputy Treasurer, Hon Uche Maduekwe, on his part, emphasized that APGA has shown great passion to the Anambra State project and urged that total dedication remains a priority so as to ensure APGA remains at the top in Idemili South.

Speaking on behalf of the newly inaugurated executive members, the Idemili South APGA Chairman, Mr Kizito Anoliefo assured that APGA will be more rooted in Idemili South under his leadership.
