The Chairman of idemili South local government area, Dr. Mrs Amaka Obi flagged-off construction of 600 metres of Okenwa Crescent road, near St. Kevin’s Catholic Church, Ndam Ngo, Nnobi.
Speaking during the flag-off of the road executed by major stakeholder in Nnobi, Chief Ikechukwu Azugo, under Public Private Community Partnership (PPCP), the Mayor described rural access roads as significant, important and economically of great benefits not just to the people of the community but also to entirety of potential beneficiaries of its social and agricultural impact.
While congratulating the people of Nnobi for having such a great philanthropist, Mrs. Obi revealed that the road when completed would birth a drastic improvement in the livehood of the communities where the road is passing through.
