The Chairman of idemili South local government area, Dr. Mrs Amaka Obi has distributed medical equipment to primary health centres across the council area.
Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
the distribution exercise, held at the local government secretariat, in Ojoto, saw over 30 categories of essential medical equipments distributed to every healthcare in the council area to make quality healthcare available for the residents.
Speaking during the event, Hon. Obi commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for boosting healthcare centres not just in idemili south but Anambra State in general. She stated that the distribution underscores State Government’s unwavering commitment to improving healthcare services, aiming to make quality healthcare accessible to all citizens.
While reiterating her commitment to always consolidate on the efforts of the Governor at grassroot level, she added that November 8th 2025 is a day to appreciate Governor Soludo for turning Anambra State into construction site.
The event was attended by local government APGA Chairman, Chief Kizito Anoliefo, Idemili South Secretary, Hon. Evaristus Ofido, Deputy Legislative Council, Hon.
