The traditional ruler of Obosi in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Igwe Chidubem Iweka has stated that the recent news going online that the Chairman, Anambra Traditional Rulers Council HRH Igwe Afred Achebe (Obi of Onitsha) was removed by the Anambra State Governor, Prof Charles Soludo is fake, malicious and misleading.
Igwe Iweka who spoke in an exclusive interview with our Correspondent on Monday, 23rd Jan 2024 noted that no such decisions where reached as he was present throughout the meeting.
He however warned those peddling such rumour to desist from as it may result to unintended consequences.
According to Igwe Obosi “No such thing happened in our meeting with the Governor today and I was there till the end”.
“All negative activity, from stealing to malicious rumor mongering have their repercussions, so let’s all be careful and positively guided”.
