The Nigerian comedian Julius Agwu has finally spoken up about his marriage problems and health issues.
Concerns regarding the actor’s health made headlines in April.
Social media users at the time asserted that his wife left him because of his health condition.
Agwu, a media celebrity, stated that he and his wife have split up during an Instagram live session with Daddy Freeze.
“Life goes on. My wife said she is not marrying me again. She said she’s tired of the marriage and that she is not marrying me again, that’s why I said I thank God for my life. Satan works in mysterious ways and God works in miraculous ways,” he said.
“That’s why I thank God I am alive. That’s why I said Satan works in mysterious ways but God works in miraculous ways.”
The 49-year-old also acknowledged that the reports regarding his health issue are accurate.
After surviving a brain operation in 2015, Agwu disclosed that he spent three months in a coma in a London hospital in 2016.
“There are no rumours about my health. It is true, I just wanted to cool down before addressing it. I had a tumour surgery in 2015, a brain surgery,” he said.
“After that, I travelled to London to do a show, just two days before the show, I was rushed to the hospital, that was in 2016. I was in coma for 3 months. I thank God I am alive”.
