JUST IN: Wike Monitors FCT Local Government Elections

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, is currently monitoring the ongoing area council elections.

Wike, who commenced monitoring at about 12: 15 pm, is at the Karu area of the FCT.

So far, the election is free and fair with a low turnout of voters.
