PSG forward and 5x Ballon D’or Winner, Leo Messi has apologised to his club, Paris Saint-German.
The 2022 World Cup winner was suspended by PSG for two weeks for making trip to Saudi Arabia without permission, according to statement released by the club. The suspension comes with unpaid two weeks salaries with no training and match.
Messi has taken to his social media to apologise on a short video.
He said: “I thought we were going to have a day off after the game as always. I had this trip organized and I couldn’t cancel it. I had already canceled it before… I apologise to my teammates and I’m waiting for what the club wants to do with me”.
