Mayor Of Njikoka Commissions Library At Nnamdi Azikiwe Secondary School, Abagana

The Chairman of Njikoka Local Government Area, Barr. Chinedu Ononiba has commissioned a newly built library at Nnamdi Azikiwe Secondary School, Abagana (NASSA).

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
the library was built by High Chief Florence Nwakego Nwakor-Oraelosi, a notable community philanthropist in Abagana.

In his speech, Hon. Ononiba applauded Dr. Nwakor-Oraelosi for her contributions to the community, highlighting that the library is a testament to the success of Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s Public Private Community Partnership (PPCP) initiative.

The Mayor also called on all critical stakeholders in Njikoka to partner with the local government in providing basic amenities that will ameliorate the plight of Ndi Njikoka.

“This initiative aims to foster collaboration between the public and private sectors to drive community development.

“This library is expected to provide students with access to quality educational resources, promoting academic excellence and community development”. Ononiba said.

The dignitaries who attended the event includs Pharm. Chinedu Anaekwe, APGA Chairman Njikoka Local Government; Engr. Ben Okongwu (Ugbana Abagana) PG Abagana; Hon. Dominic Okeke Njikoka Supervisory Councillor For Education; and Hon. Sir Cyprian Aniagor, Supervisory Councillor for Works amongst others.
