Nancy Isime, a Nigerian actress, has recently caused a stir on social media with a nudity scene from her latest film feature, “Shanty Town”
The video of the scene, which allegedly shows Isime unclad, has been widely shared and sparked conversations among viewers.
However, Isime has denied that the scene depicted by her and claims that it was a “body double”.
She wrote on her Instagram handle, “Simmer down horny boys and girls. I know those gorgeous body parts excites you but they sadly belong to my beautiful body double. Mine aren’t that succulent.

The film tells the story of a group of courtesan’s quest for freedom from a criminal mastermind in the midst of political corruption and familial ties. Isime plays the lead role and her performance has been praised by critics.
Despite this, the controversial scene continues to spark debate online with some praising its raw portrayal of life in Lagos and others criticizing it as exploitative and unnecessary.
