Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has condemned Nigeria’s leadership crisis, insisting the country’s problems stem from irresponsible governance rather than a lack of resources.
Addressing constituents from Kogi Central, she declared: “Nigeria’s challenge is leadership, not resources,” adding that years of promises and policies have failed because they were driven by self-interest, not accountability.
She accused successive administrations of failing to translate Nigeria’s abundant natural wealth into real progress for ordinary citizens. Akpoti urged Nigerians to demand transparency and discipline from their leaders, warning that without grassroots vigilance, mediocre governance will persist.
