The Mayor of Njikoka Local Government Area, Hon. (Dr.) Ikechukwu O. Okakpu (OKD Jnr.), has approved the appointment of the following individuals to key positions within the Local Government Council to support effective administration and service delivery:
1. *Ikechukwu Ezeabalu* — Chief of Staff to the Mayor
2. *Anthony Otue* — Secretary-General, Njikoka Local Government Council
3. *Okechukwu Anyichie* — Chief Security Officer (CSO)
4. *Chidolue Nwankwo* — Chief Press Secretary to the Mayor
5. *Franklin Udeagu* — Senior Special Assistant to the Mayor
6. *Ugochukwu Aniagor* — Special Assistant to the Office of the Deputy Mayor
The appointments are aimed at strengthening administrative coordination, security, strategic communication, executive support, and effective service delivery across Njikoka Local Government Area.
The Mayor congratulates all the appointees and charges them to discharge their responsibilities with integrity, dedication, loyalty, professionalism, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to public service.
The administration remains committed to building a responsive, peaceful, inclusive, transparent, and development-oriented local government that places the interests and welfare of the people of Njikoka at the centre of governance.
The Mayor calls on the appointees to work collaboratively with the leadership and staff of the Council, traditional institutions, community leaders, stakeholders, and the good people of Njikoka towards achieving the administration’s vision for sustainable development.
