Nollywood actor Frederick Leonard has expressed frustration over the rising number of trolls on social media.
Taking to his Instagram page on Christmas Day, the actor revealed he had blocked over 50 individuals he described as “zombies” from his wife Peggy Ovire’s account.
In his post, Leonard criticized the culture of entitlement on social media, stating:
“It’s Christmas Day, and I have blocked more than 50 zombies on my wife’s page. Social media has really given idiots the false idea that they are entitled to every information concerning your life! I’m still reading comments and still blocking entitled bastards.”
The actor’s comments highlight his protective stance towards his wife, Peggy Ovire, whom he married on November 19, 2022, in a glamorous ceremony in Asaba, Delta State.
Ovire, a fellow Nollywood star, has often shared insights into their marriage, attributing patience as her guiding principle in their union.
Speaking about their relationship, Leonard had previously described his bride as the only woman he could not live without, a sentiment he shared during their traditional wedding ceremony.
