Nwobi Calls For Good Rapport Between the Management Team and Staff of Anambra State Assembly

The newly appointed acting clerk of Anambra State House of Assembly, Mr. Okechukwu Nwobu, is determined to establish a robust relationship between the management team and staff. He emphasized the importance of working in harmony to achieve the organization’s goals during his inaugural meeting with the management team on August 16, at the Assembly complex.

Mr. Nwobu believes that the staff should show respect and obedience to their seniors while adhering to civil service rules and regulations. He strongly discouraged lateness and laxity and vowed to sanction any worker who disobeyed authority.

Furthermore, Mr. Nwobu advised the management team to collaborate with the speaker to achieve maximum efficiency in the Assembly. He condemned insubordination among the workforce and urged them to dress decently when coming to work.

During the meeting, department heads highlighted challenges facing their departments, including a lack of office vehicles, space, and computers. Mrs. Uzoh, the head of administration, praised the acting clerk’s vision and pledged the management team’s unwavering support towards improving the Assembly’s operations.
