The Chairman of Idemili South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs Amaka Obi, has met with the illustrious sons and daughters of Idemili South living in Lagos to discuss the best way to partner for a livable and prosperous LGA
Angel Network News (ANN) gathered that the platform was tagged “Idemili South Major Stakeholders Engagement and Partnership With Government Summit”
In her speech, Hon. Mrs. Obi appreciated the stakeholders for turning up for the summit which according to her will contribute immensely to the growth and development of Idemili South.
The Mayor noted that Governor Chukwuma Soludo is doing great work in Anambra State and harped on the need for Idemili South to pull their strength and resources together to drive progress in the local government to support what the government is already doing.
Hon Mrs Obi, assured that her commitment to a better Idemili South and promised that her administration will always put Idemili South first.
The deputy Mayor of Idemili South, Comrade Ifeanyi Anakuba, Supervisor On Health, Hon. Ifeanyi Eriebo, and other key officers of Idemili South local government area were present at the summit which is first of it’s kind in the history of Idemili South.
ANN reports that among the agenda discussed includes, Infrastructure development, security, education, health, human capital development, job creation, industrialization among others.
