Odili, Obiogbolu, Oduah Battle For Anambra North Senatorial APGA Ticket

As the 2027 general elections draw near, three major contenders are jostling for the
All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) ticket to contest for the Anambra North Senatorial seat.

Before now, the battle was between Odili and Obiogbolu. However, the entrance of a Oduah into the race has somewhat changed the equation.

Angel Network News (ANN) reports that
Odili, widely regarded as a very close ally and loyalist of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, and also Chief of Staff to Chief Willie Obiano, lost the same ticket to Mrs Ebele Obiano.

Obiogbolu, the current Senior Special Adviser to Governor Soludo on Political Matters and also a former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is considered one of the key decision-makers in the current administration of Governor Soludo.

While Senator Princess Stella Oduah, a former Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and also a former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, takes another shut on the red chambers.

These three political heavyweights will be looking to clinch the APGA ticket in the coming month, to challenge the current occupier of the seat, Senator Tony Nwoye.
