The Njikoka Local Government headquarters has held its end-of-year Christmas party in a grand style.
ANN reports that the event was a wonderful opportunity for the local government workers to come together, celebrate their achievements, and recognize the hard work and dedication of their colleagues.
In his remarks, the Mayor of Njikoka, Barrister Chinedu Dominic Ononiba in his speech, expressed appreciation for the tireless efforts of the local government workers, acknowledging their contributions to the community.
Ononiba also praised Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his support to workers in Anambra State and Infrastructural projects across the state.
In their separate speeches, Comr. Ngozi Okonkwo and Mr Obimbekwe Martin also commended the staff for their commitment and service.
ANN gathered that the end-of-year party is a tradition that promotes team spirit, morale, and unity among employees.
The end of the year party featured various activities, including music, dance performances, and gift exchanges. Employees also participated in games and competitions, adding to the festive atmosphere.
