Music executive Soso Soberekon has offered 500 million naira to singer Peter Okoye to face his twin brother Paul Okoye in a celebrity boxing match.
The proposal was made on Sunday night during Peter’s performance. A video circulating on social media shows Soberekon in the audience holding up his phone towards the stage with a message that read: “500 Million Naira to fight your twin in a boxing match.”
The offer comes amid a long-running financial dispute between the former P-Square duo. Tensions intensified after Peter accused Paul and their elder brother Jude Okoye of diverting music royalties, allegations that have kept the family feud in the public eye.
Peter, also known as Mr P, and Paul, known as Rudeboy, rose to fame as the Afrobeats group P-Square before their split. Neither brother has publicly responded to the boxing challenge.
