The police in Rivers has announced the arrest of two personnel of E-Motion and SHAEZ Nigeria Limited, a billboard company, for displaying pornography video at the densely populated Garrison area in Port Harcourt.
State police spokesman, Nnamdi Omoni, in a statement to Peoples Gazette Saturday evening, identified the culprits as Segun Emmanuel, an engineer, and Kingsley Benjamin, a security personnel, whose careless actions led to the display of pornographic video on a screen billboard on Thursday evening.
“The suspects who have confessed their complicity in the crime, are currently cooling their heels and helping the police in investigation and will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” Mr Omoni added.
Angel Network News gathered that at about 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, a pornographic film suddenly beamed on the screen billboard, with residents expressing worries over the act that has been exposed to children under 18 years. The video lasted for 60 seconds, local media reported.
However, with the complaints of residents, the video was shut down.
Angel network News could not immediately reach the company for comments.
