The Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG), in-charge of Zone 13 Ukpo, Anambra State, AIG Godwin Ndidi Aghaulor on Wednesday June 26, 2024
decorated three senior Police officers who were promoted from Chief Superintendents of Police (CSPs) to Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs).
Angel Network News (ANN) reports that ACP. Rabiu Garba, ACP. Ngozi Nwokama, and ACP Lucky Seibai were decorated in an event held at the Zonal Headquarters in Ukpo.

reminded them of the increased levels of responsibility that come with their new ranks. He encouraged them to exhibit higher wisdom in their actions and decision-making processes as they lead their subordinates.
AIG Aghaulor emphasized that the promotions were a testament to the hard work and dedication the officers had displayed throughout their careers. He expressed gratitude to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun, for recommending their promotions. He also commended the officers’ commitment and acknowledged
the support of the Police Service Commission (PSC) and the entire Zone 13 for making the decoration ceremony possible.
” To whom much is given, much is expected. I congratulate and urge you to keep the flag flying. If you are not doing well, they will not promote you. The sky is your limit. I pray that God will give you the strength to succeed.
“Junior officers are looking up to you and you have to show good example to your subordinates. We pray for better days’. Aghaulor said
In a vote of thanks, ACP Ngozi Nwokama expressed gratitude to God, the IGP, the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command and to the AIG for their roles in their promotion and decoration. She assured that they would redouble their efforts and remain dedicated to their duties.
ANN gathered that before their promotion, ACP. Ngozi Nwokama was serving in Zone 13 Ukpo as the officer in charge of D2 (Anti-Child Trafficking Section). ACP. Rabiu Garba was in charge of the Central Police Station in Onitsha while ACP. Lucky Seibai holds the position of 2/1c Area Command in Onitsha.
Speaking in an interview, ACP Rabiu Garba says with the promotion, he has been encouraged to put in more effort. He appreciated the IGP, Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command, CP Nnaghe Obono Itam for finding him worthy.
HRM Eze Nwokama, the traditional ruler of Ohaji Kindom in Imo State and husband to ACP Ngozi Nwokama in an interview thanked God for the promotion. He advised other police officers to keep the faith stating that promotion comes from God and Gods time is the best.
