Minister Adebayo Adelabu has rejected circulating reports that he has resigned from his position, describing the claims as completely false and without foundation.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Adelabu urged the public to disregard the rumours and rely only on official channels for information about his status.
“It’s fake news,” he said. “There is no truth whatsoever to the claim that I have resigned.”
He added that he remains fully committed to his duties and continues to serve in his current role under the administration.
The minister did not specify the source of the speculation but called on Nigerians to ignore unverified social media posts and online reports. No official confirmation of any resignation has been issued by the presidency or the relevant ministry.
