Reps urge NEMA to provide relief materials to victims of Lagos gas explosion

The House of Representatives has called on the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA and other emergency responders, to provide relief materials to the victims of the gas explosion in the Ladipo area of Lagos state.

In a different development, the speaker of the House of Representatives has announced December 10 deadline to all committee chairmen with pending bills.

The call was made during plenary on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian Air Force has it airlifted a total of 37,000 missions in the course of counter Terrorism operations in the northeastern part of the country between January and October 2021.
