Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has publicly endorsed FCT Minister Nyesom Wike as the national leader of the Peoples Democratic Party, making the declaration during the party’s national convention on Sunday.
Addressing delegates in Abuja, the Kogi Central lawmaker said the move was intended to recognise Wike’s influence within the opposition party.
“Special recognition to our National Leader of our great party, the PDP, His Excellency Nyesom Wike,” she stated.
