Nigerian singer Deborah Oluwaseyi Joshua, better known as Seyi Shay, has openly admitted to being a member of the Illuminati in a past phase of her music career.
Her confession, made during a recent episode of the OffAir Podcast with Gbemi and Toolz, generated immediate reactions across social media.
“That’s when I was in the Illuminati. That’s when I joined the Illuminati. That’s when it was official. Do you understand? I was an Illuminati member,” Seyi Shay stated in the interview.
She further explained that while many fans remain unaware, people in her industry — those who work closely with celebrities — are more familiar with such affiliations:
“It’s not the fans, guys. It’s the people in the industry … the ones who work with me, work with her, work with that one, work with that one,” she said.
